For numerous years, I have been asked if I have a website for my business and my reply was an emphatic 'No'. I was in my comfort zone of emails, texts and Facebook. Forget about Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok... these gave me the 'deer in the headlights' kind of feeling. As a fifty-six-year-old woman, having conquered a multitude of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges, I have come to realise that this (building a website) was a new challenge for me to face and overcome! Welcome to my very first Blog (this still sounds like a ridiculous word to me). Thank you my darling nephew Khan for helping me to begin this new avenue of self-expression and getting my books and art out there to the world. For weeks I have been tentatively editing and adding to my website that Khan helped me to birth. It's been 'trial and error', however, the emotion I feel when I see something actually work and published is so heartwarming and fuzzy deep in my heart, regardless of the trepidation at the start.
